What are the minimum order quantities?
All orders start from a minimum of 30,000 units. Standard production orders begin at 50,000 units. Custom mold products require a minimum of 100,000 units. We offer flexible scheduling for customers with committed annual volumes.
How do I get product samples?
Request samples through our contact form or by emailing our sales team. Stock item samples ship within 5-10 business days. Production samples with specific decorations or customizations require 2-4 weeks.
What are your standard lead times?
Stock items ship within 2-3 weeks. Standard production orders take 6-8 weeks from order confirmation. Custom mold development projects require 12-16 weeks including mold fabrication, validation, and first production run.
Do you offer custom glass container development?
Yes. Our in-house mold engineering team handles the full development cycle from 3D CAD design and simulation to prototype production, mold fabrication, and validation. We collaborate closely with your design and packaging engineering teams throughout the process.
What certifications do you hold?
We are ISO 15378:2017 (Primary Packaging for Medicinal Products), ISO 22000:2018 (Food Safety Management), ISO 9001:2015, and ISO 14001:2015 certified. We operate under cGMP conditions and are BPOM registered. Our laboratory holds ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accreditation.
Do you export internationally?
Yes. We export to pharmaceutical and food & beverage companies across Southeast Asia, South Asia, and the Middle East. All export shipments include full documentation for customs clearance and regulatory compliance in the destination country.
