Pharmaglass glass bottle factory operates 2 large-capacity furnace lines capable of producing millions of glass bottle units per month. Every glass bottle produced undergoes strict quality control at our integrated laboratory, ensuring each batch meets cGMP and ISO 15378 quality standards. Our production process covers all stages from raw material melting (silica sand, soda ash, limestone), bottle forming with IS (Individual Section) machines, annealing, to final inspection.

Pharmaglass factory's advantage lies in our ability to produce Type I (borosilicate), Type II (treated soda-lime), and Type III (soda-lime) glass according to international pharmacopoeia standards. Furnace Melting

Melting raw materials at 1,500 degrees Celsius for 24 hours to produce molten glass gobs

IS Machine Forming

Bottle forming using IS (Individual Section) machines with high precision and thousands of units per hour speed

Annealing

Controlled cooling in lehr oven to relieve internal stress and increase glass strength

QC & Inspection

Dimensional testing, hydrolytic resistance, thermal shock, automated visual inspection, and leak testing
