- What information is needed for a quotation?
- Include your company or brand, product and application, size or capacity, material, matching closure/pump, decoration, quantity per SKU/batch and target date. Product references and QC documentation requirements help the team prepare a relevant review.
- How are MOQ and delivery dates confirmed?
- After specification review, the team confirms minimums, component availability, sampling, price and schedule in the quotation. Stock, custom colour, decoration and new molds have different requirements. Repeat supply is planned around each SKU.
- Which quality documents can be requested?
- Share your vendor evaluation requirements: specifications, drawings, test results, relevant certificates or a CoA. The team confirms availability and scope for the SKU, material and supplying facility. Compatibility with your formulation and filling process should be validated with samples.
