How does Pharmaglass's dedicated stock system work for contract manufacturers?
We analyze your consumption patterns and production schedule, then allocate a 2-3 month buffer stock based on your average needs in our warehouse. This stock is "locked" for you and not sold to other clients. You can pick up or request delivery according to production needs, with automatic replenishment to the agreed buffer level. This program requires a minimum monthly volume commitment discussed in the contract.
What happens if there is a delivery delay exceeding the agreed SLA?
We are serious about meeting SLA commitments. If a delay occurs beyond the agreed SLA due to our fault, the client is entitled to compensation as specified in the cooperation agreement. We also proactively inform of potential delays as early as possible — at least 5 business days before the deadline — so you can adjust your production schedule.
Can Pharmaglass handle orders with many different SKUs?
Yes, we routinely manage supply for manufacturing clients with 50-200+ different SKUs. Our system can handle consolidated POs covering many items at once, with deliveries scheduled according to production line needs. We also provide inventory and forecasting reports to help your supply chain planning.
What QA documents does Pharmaglass provide for contract manufacturer end-client audits?
Our standard QA documentation package includes: Certificate of Analysis (CoA) per batch, product technical specifications, ISO certifications, dimension and resistance test reports, declaration of conformity, and material MSDS. For pharmaceutical clients requiring BPOM or GMP audit documents, we provide a more complete special documentation package including supplier audit support if needed.
