Pharmaglass's capabilities as a glass packaging solutions provider cover managing the entire sourcing cycle from specification to delivery. Through a joint operation with our production partner, we control material formulation to produce various glass types such as Type I borosilicate, Type II treated soda-lime, and Type III soda-lime glass based on application requirements. Our own molds ensure every bottle design can be reproduced consistently.

The glass bottles we supply have undergone annealing to remove internal stress and ensure optimal mechanical strength, with dimensional consistency maintained through the use of our own molds.

Inspection covers visual defect detection (bubble, stone, crack), dimensional checking (height, diameter, wall thickness), and laboratory testing including hydrolytic resistance, thermal shock resistance, and internal pressure tests. Only bottles passing all inspection stages are delivered to customers, accompanied by a Certificate of Analysis (CoA) per shipment.
